Cancellation Policy

By booking a tee time DTB Social (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“you”, “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and all participants in your group. A full copy of our Terms & Conditions is available onsite or on request. 1. Booking & Payment • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person. • Full payment is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise stated. • Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. • Bookings are non-transferable without prior consent. • Prices or availability may change before a booking is confirmed. Cancellations & Refunds: • Cancellations ≥24 hours in advance may be refunded or credited. • Cancellations <24 hours or no-shows are charged in full. • We may reschedule or cancel sessions for operational, safety, or maintenance reasons. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or full refund. • EU statutory cancellation rights do not apply; our policy governs. 2. Conduct & Safety • Treat staff, equipment, and other guests with respect. Follow posted rules and staff instructions. • DTB Social may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour, without refund. • Participants are responsible for using equipment safely. • Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult. • Alcohol consumption is not permitted. • No food or drink near equipment unless in designated areas. • Please store clubs, shoes, and belongings in the storage provided. • Guests must not engage in reckless or dangerous behaviour. • Any damage caused to property may be charged to the responsible party. 3. Liability & Personal Belongings • Participation in activities is at your own risk. DTB Social is not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where caused by our proven negligence. • This does not affect your statutory rights under Irish law. • Keep personal belongings with you. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage unless due to our negligence. 4. Media, Data & Complaints • We may take photos/videos for promotion; notify staff if you do not wish to appear. • Personal photos allowed if others aren’t disturbed. • Personal data used only for bookings and communication (GDPR compliant). • Complaints handled informally; unresolved issues may go to CCPC or EU Online Dispute Resolution. • Terms may be updated; governed by Irish law.
